    Artisanal was one of my favorite restaurants in Manhattan. Food, atmosphere and of course, the Cheese! We lived one block over on 30th St.

    We tried Artisanal out this past weekend (thanks to your blog). We went with the “Aromatic Flight” AROMATIC CHEESES Afdélice, Livarot, Shropshire Blue with the paired wines Beaujolais ‘L’Ancien‘ Terres Dorees 07, Pinot Noir Walnut City Willamette Oregon 07, Malbec ‘Reserva Roble’ Daniva Mendoza 04. I have no idea what we really ate, but the server later told us that we had the “stinky” cheese platter. Wine was fantastic! Next time I’m ordering the “non-stinky” cheese though…
